Opening a Case

First of all, E.D.Genealogia discovers the existence of an inheritance that has not yet been devolved and, before starting to search for heirs, it carries out in-depth research about the composition of the inheritance, makes sure that no will has been made and assesses whether it is worth taking on the case.

It is fundamental for E.D.Genealogia to eliminate any risk that the case may fail: the interests of the Company are linked to the interests of the heir during the entire case procedure.
